After the bifurcation of APCOB into TSCAB and APCOB, the Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Cooperative Training Institute (APCOB CTI) started functioning from Sahakara Bhavan, Barkatpura, Hyderabad since March 2016 to cater to the training needs of SCB, DCCBs, PACS and other cooperative institutions in the state. The APCOB CTI is committed to capacity building of the human resources of the Cooperative Credit Structure and affiliated cooperatives in Andhra Pradesh by providing relevant need based and quality training.
The Institute is reaccredited by the Centre for Professional Excellence in Cooperatives, BIRD, Lucknow vide Membership No. A-02010026 to promote trained quality in Cooperative Credit Structure.
As a part of its institutional development program, NABARD has been providing financial and technical assistance to the Training Institute. Active participation from NABARD in matters of training in the form of financial assistance and technical support has enabled effective functioning of APCOB CTI and also we sincerely thank our client institutions viz DCCBs & PACS for the good response shown in availing the training programmes.
The Institute has its own well-stocked and furnish ed library having about 300 volumes of latest books on various subjects and fields of interests. The institute subscribes to a number of Journals, Magazines, and Newspapers. The Library is kept open for study/reference to the trainees, throughout the day from 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM.
The Institute provides facilities for outdoor games as well as indoor games for the participants during their stay at the campus. A separate hall has been earmarked at hostel complex for recreation purpose to the participants and a colour television has been provided with cable connection.
Canteen facility is available to the participants with modern kitchen facility and a spacious dining hall.
