Through this program, families are empowered with financial assistance, ensuring not just a roof over their heads but also fostering sustainable growth and development in the state.

Maximum amount of Loan ₹50,000/-

No pre-payment charges

Houses for economically weaker sections of the society.

Quality houses will be provided to the poor by the State Government

Around 15 lakh houses will be provided in this scheme.

Skill development and training programs

Eligibility

Applicants must be a permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
Women Members of SHG who are having credit linkage with our Bank. The spouse should be the Co-applicant for consideration of this special Loan.
Minimum CIBIL sore of 650.

Security/Guarantee

Group Resolution (duly attested by the MEPMA/SERP authorities) – To consider sanction of loan to the member who were allotted “patta” by Govt. of AP for construction of House.
Group Guarantee – All the members of respective SHG are jointly and severally liablefor repayment of the loan availed by the member.
