Unified Payment Interface (UPI)

Unified Payment Interface (UPI) is a real-time payment system developed by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) that facilitates interbank transactions and fund transfers using mobile devices. UPI has revolutionized the way people in India send and receive money, making digital transactions convenient and efficient.

  • The Customer/user shall abide by the terms and conditions indicated by the application provider for usage of the facility.
  • Longer tenure of repayment
  • Continued use of property
  • Quick approval of loan.
  • No prepayment/foreclosure charges
  • The facility will be available to users having satisfactory running Savings/ Current/Overdraft account (at individual capacity) with the Bank.
  • UPI Facility shall be available to users who have registered for the facility as per the directions of Banks, NPCI and RBI.
  • The daily upper ceiling per customer/account shall be Rs.1,00,000/- for funds transfer within India as fixed by the Bank from time to time.
  • The Bank may suspend the registration of any user if the facility has not been accessed by the user for 180 days or more.
  • Term loan: ₹30.00 lakh
  • Tenure of the loan upto 120 months
  • Processing charges: Term loan: 1% of the Total outlay of the Project. Working capital loan: 0.25% of the loan amount.
  • Working capital loan: ₹10.00 lakh.
  • Repayment:7 years (Term Loan), 1 year(working capital)
  • Rate of Interest:11%p.a
