APCOB-CTI was accredited “A” GRADE by C-PEC for the period of 1st October 2020 to 30th September, 2022 and as CTI has offered exceptional training and infrastructural facilities it has been reaccredited “A” GRADE by C-PEC for the period of 1st October, 2022 to 30th September, 2025. CTI offers extensive training programmes to staff of APCOB, DCCBs and PACS on aspects of Banking, skill development and development of Co-operative Credit Structure of Andhra Pradesh. The training modules focus on holistic development of the trainees.
The Annual Training calendar with a carefully drawn schedule of programmes including the target group intended for the training programme is prepared and communicated to C-PEC, NABARD, APCOB, DCCBs and PACS at the start of every financial year
Yoga sessions in the early hours of the day, Pre-dinner sessions on personality development, Time management etc., are conducted to focus on the all-round development of the trainees.
CTI also offers infrastructural and academic support to conduct training to employees of other organizations like NCDC, National Fisheries Development Board etc.,
As a part of its institutional development program, NABARD has been providing financial and technical assistance to the Training Institute. Active participation from NABARD in matters of training in the form of financial assistance, academic guidance and technical support has enabled effective functioning of APCOB-CTI and also, we sincerely thank our clientele institutions viz DCCBs & PACS for the good response shown in availing the training programmes.
CTI has a furnished Library with over 600 books on Banking, Personality development, Health, Science and technology etc., The institute also subscribed to various journals in both English and Regional languages. The library is kept open for study/reference of the trainees from 08:30 am to 09:30 am and again from 05:30 pm to 06:00 pm.
The Institute provides facilities for outdoor games as well as indoor games for the participants during their stay at the campus. A separate hall has been earmarked at hostel complex for recreation purpose to the participants and a color television has been provided with cable connection.
Help building capacities of the personnel and elected representatives of the Cooperative Credit Structure in the State of Andhra Pradesh by providing Quality Training, Research and Related Services.

A Standing Committee for the Institute is constituted with the following members to decide and finalize the annual calendar of programmes, review the performance of CTI and to provide overall guidance and direction to ensure the quality training to the participants President of APCOB, Chairman.
With the view of empowering the farmers and the Co-operative Credit Structure, APCOB has entered into an agreement with Common Wealth of Learning (COL), Canada with their support to provide life-long learning activity to the farming community and APCOB-CTI has been implementing the project from 2020.
Micro Learning Centre for Open Distance Learning was established at APCOB-CTI in collaboration with COL (Common Wealth of Learning, Canada) to enable the Co-operative functionaries at farming community to have a means to become competent by learning conducive & efficient methods to increase agriculture produce in activities related to agriculture & allied sectors.
The key intent of MLC is to expand the reach quality & useful information on various credit products, schemes of State & Central Government, latest technologies in agriculture etc., through ICT.
A team of Faculty members who worked in banking institutes in middle management capacity with rich experience in banking and cooperation are imparting training to the participants. In addition to the existing staff strength the Institute engages services of Senior faculty of various training institutes of commercial banks & other institutes as guest faculty.

Apart from the above-mentioned faculty the training sessions are also taken up by guest faculty who are well qualified in the field of Banking, Cyber security, Chartered Accountancy, TDS Filing etc., Officers from APCOB and NABARD also take up session on CBS & Refinance and Compliance as and when required.
